Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated part-time Administrative Assistant to assist in growing Tetra Tech’s Texas environmental business. Candidates must be highly motivated and able to work in a professional, team-oriented environment. Candidates must also have the ability to manage a heavy workload and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with MS Office applications is a requirement.
Essential Job FunctionsThe following duties are considered essential to the role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions:
- Provide administrative support to Austin Project Managers, including report and presentation preparation in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Assist the Austin Operations Manager with office management duties, including monthly forecasting, office safety inspections, and coordinating periodic office staff meetings.
- Work part-time in the office; no travel is expected.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience supporting a diverse group of technically oriented staff in the consulting industry or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- High motivation, customer focus, and ability to work well in a team environment.
