Key Responsibilities- Prepare project plan and coordinate the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation.
- Maintain matrix for process improvements.
- Drive project deliverables and task details through the use of reports, tracking charts and checklists.
- Align activities of resources internal to the business unit to achieve on-time and within-budget performance objectives for the project.
- Monitor and report to the business unit on project cost performance.
- Participate on intra-business-unit design teams to complete projects.
- Contribute to the team s technical development in pursuit of project goals.
- Research causes of project obstacles and assist in implementing solutions for resolution.

This posting is for a New Product Transition PM. This person represents all of manufacturing in the product commercialization core team, and is responsible for the transition and release of new products into manufacturing. If you want to be involved in a fast-paced, hard-tech environment at the cutting edge of innovation, this is the right place. Experience with semiconductor manufacturing product development, product commercialization, hardware development, manufacturing and supply chain is a plus.

The salary offered will be based on location, hire grade, skills, experience, and internal equity. - Benefits:
Comprehensive package; eligible for bonus and stock award programs, as applicable. - For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash range, including base salary and target bonus at 100% goal achievement.
