Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineer
Examples of key problems the team is working on
Engineer gigawatts from drawing to energized, in months not years. Capacity Delivery owns technical execution across every build: the drawings, the field questions, and the engineering calls that keep multiple concurrent gigawatt sites moving.
Engineer data centers that go up in months, not years. At that pace rework is not an option: problems get caught on paper or they cost a data hall.
Design it once, build it a hundred times. Every site's lessons roll into the reference design on the way to 50GW+, so each build starts ahead of the last.
Role ScopeOwn electrical engineering for assigned sites: review, field support, and energization readiness.
Review electrical packages against the reference design: one-lines, schedules, and studies.
Answer field electrical RFIs in hours and drive recurring issues into the standard.
Support energization: torque records, insulation test results, and checklists verified before anything closes on power.
What We're Looking For- You've done electrical engineering for data center or industrial distribution.
- You read one-lines, panel schedules, and studies fluently.
- You've supported field electrical work and energization sequences.
- You're rigorous about pre-energization paperwork because you know why it exists.
- Bonus: PE track, MV systems, power studies in SKM or ETAP, NFPA 70E.
