Senior Field Service Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field service engineering and will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our products in the field. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for our products in the field
- Ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues
- Maintaining and repairing field equipment
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement solutions
- Documenting technical information and procedures
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service engineering
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed
