Key Responsibilities- Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, scopes, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the preparation of engineering reports, calculations, plans, specifications, and technical documents.
- Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, client meetings, and project interviews.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies, contractors, and utility providers throughout project execution.
- Mentor and support junior engineering staff while contributing to overall team growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering.
- Proven experience managing municipal infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical understanding of water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, pump stations, conveyance infrastructure, and treatment facilities.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
