Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and carrying out activities related to network automation, monitoring, and automation tool support
- Applies a systematic, disciplined, quantifiable approach for modifications of existing applications, simple changes, reports and requests for network automation with minimal supervision from more senior engineers
- Familiarizes and complies with IGT policies, DCA ISO 9001, 20000 and IGT 27001 processes and procedures
- Adheres to service level agreements by following established SLA performance requirements and adhering to IT best practices
- Two year degree or 3–4 years of related experience without a degree
- Demonstrates a relentless commitment to meeting and exceeding customers' expectations while reducing the risks and costs of providing services
- Assists with administration of the NMS systems and software integration with other applications
- Assists with planning and coordinating project schedules for automation deployments or upgrades
- Responds to user problems and works problems to resolution
