Join a recognized leader in rugged embedded computing for aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. This is an opportunity to work on next-generation RF and mixed-signal hardware that powers advanced radar, electronic warfare, communications, and signal processing platforms used in some of the world's most demanding environments.

You'll collaborate with world-class FPGA, PCB, embedded software, and systems engineers to develop cutting-edge RF solutions that directly impact mission-critical technologies.

This position supports company's next generation of FMC and RFSoC-based products, helping customers solve some of the most demanding RF and signal processing challenges in the industry. They value and appreciate their employees. Engineers are trusted to solve difficult technical problems while enjoying an environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.

Benefits include:

  • Competitive salary and annual performance incentives
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution
  • Generous Paid Time Off and paid holidays
  • Career development and technical training opportunities
  • Collaborative engineering culture with direct access to technical leadership
  • Opportunities to work on cutting-edge defense and RF technologies
  • Long-term career growth within a global engineering organization

Your role with the company as an RF Analog Design Engineer will help develop sophisticated analog front-end architectures for high-performance embedded computing products used in defense and aerospace applications. You'll design RF signal paths, low-noise analog circuitry, clocking systems, and power architectures while collaborating closely with FPGA, PCB layout, embedded software, and systems engineering teams.

Your work will span the complete product lifecycle—from concept and simulation through hardware validation and production—allowing you to influence architecture decisions, solve challenging signal integrity problems, and contribute directly to next-generation RF and mixed-signal platforms.

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
  • Expertise designing complete RF and mixed-signal signal chains, including RF front ends, analog filtering, ADC/DAC interfaces, clock generation, synchronization, and low-noise power architectures
  • Experience taking complex RF hardware from system architecture through schematic capture, PCB implementation, hardware debugging, validation, and production
  • Strong understanding of RF design theory, including filter design, impedance matching, signal integrity, noise mitigation, shielding, grounding, and high-speed mixed-signal PCB implementation
  • Extensive experience selecting and integrating high-speed ADCs and DACs from vendors such as Texas Instruments, Analog Devices, or similar manufacturers
  • Strong experience designing RF circuits operating up to 18 GHz
  • Strong understanding of digital interfaces connecting high-speed converters to FPGA-based processing architectures
  • Experience designing programmable clock generation and distribution systems supporting multiple sampling rates and bandwidths
  • Experience designing low-noise power supplies for high-performance mixed-signal and RF systems
  • Hands-on laboratory experience using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers, and related RF test equipment
  • Experience collaborating closely with PCB layout engineers to optimize component placement, controlled impedance routing, grounding, isolation, and manufacturability
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex analog and mixed-signal performance issues

Highly desired:

  • Experience designing systems using AMD Xilinx RFSoC devices
  • Experience with board-to-board synchronization, timing distribution, phase alignment, and multi-board RF systems
  • Strong experience designing RF circuits operating up to 30 GHz
  • Experience with Mentor Graphics Xpedition Dx Designer
  • Experience with complex multilayer PCB technologies, blind/buried microvias, and low-loss RF materials
  • Previous experience developing RF hardware for defense, aerospace, electronic warfare, communications, radar, or embedded computing applications
  • Strong technical leadership with the ability to mentor engineers and contribute to architecture decisions
