The Sens Array division is the world leading provider of in situ processing measurement and control solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides measurement and control solutions to both semiconductor fabs and mask shops to ensure that yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing Sens Array business unit is dedicate to support customer R&D phase as well as HVM with in situ thermal process control.

Sens Array business unit enable APC (Automated Process Control) to improve process optimization and yield improvement.

Not a Software Application Position. Up to 40% in travel (Domestic/International)

• Customer adoption and utilization of Sens Array products.
• Successful execution of evaluations and demonstrations.
• Technical contribution to product roadmap and application development
• Customer satisfaction and issue-resolution effectiveness.
• Revenue growth supported through technical engagement.

• Strong working knowledge of customer use cases for Semiconductor Fabrication
• Understand and resolve customer pain points inside the fabs
• Provide technical support for Sens Array products at customer sites and remote engagements.
• Develop application methodologies for etch, deposition, lithography, wafer handling, Factory Automation, Advanced Packaging
• Analyze process and equipment performance data and present recommendations to customers
• Maintain high uptime of Sens Array metrology Tools through technical debug and support

• Support customer-facing activities including:
  Product demonstrations, Evaluation planning and execution & Technical troubleshooting and issue resolution

• Interface with Engineering, Advanced Development, SW, FW, Ops, Manufacturing to provide customer-first experience

• Develop and maintain customer presentations and product overview materials & Application notes and technical documentation
• Develop and publish white papers, publications, Product Spec sheets
