McKinstry seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support its Offsite Manufacturing division in Austin, TX. You will design, build, and scale products from prototype to high-volume production, provide hands-on shop floor support, and drive lean/automation improvements across facilities.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in manufacturing/industrialization, a B.S. in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, and CAD/PLM proficiency (Solid Works, Revit, Drive Works).
