We are a large growing HVAC contractor in Texas that works on many of Texas’s biggest and best HVAC projects. This is a full‑time position with great benefits. We are planning to hire Texas's best and brightest HVAC TI Project Estimator’s in the near future.
Responsibilities:- Calculate ROI & analyze energy models.
- Make sales calls on existing and new clients.
- Attend meetings with subcontractors and vendors.
- Build accurate and winning quotes/Estimates for upcoming projects.
- Create proposals/submittals outlining the SOW (scope of work).
- Manage schedule, billings, and ensure projects are completed on-time and under budget.
- Local.
- 5+ years of HVAC Estimating experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction or similar preferred.
- Knowledge in:
State HVAC Codes, Timberline, Quickpen/Accubid, Blue Beam, and Microsoft Excel.
