The team is seeking an experienced Mechanical Drafter to support custom engineering solutions that enable the integration of standard products into large-scale turnkey customer systems. The role works closely with customers, engineers, and contract manufacturers to design, document, and deploy custom mechanical solutions.

• Create custom mechanical drawings, designs, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Design, model, and prototype mechanical components for test and measurement systems
• Gather requirements and generate technical specifications
• Collaborate with engineering teams and external manufacturers
• Support deployment of custom solutions
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
• 5+ years of mechanical drafting/design experience
• 3-5 years of strong CREO experience
• Proficiency with CREO, Pro/E, and Solid Works
• Strong understanding of GD&T and mechanical design principles
• Experience creating detailed drawings and design documentation
• Experience working with suppliers/manufacturers
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder (ITAR/DoD clearance eligible)

• Fixture and tooling design
• Thermal and stress analysis
• FMEA and RCCA methodologies
• Manufacturing processes (machining, stamping, extrusion, casting, sheet metal)
• ESD knowledge

• Detail-oriented with strong drafting skills
• Collaborative team player
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable managing projects from concept through completion
• Quick learner with a strong drive to succeed

This is a senior-level mechanical drafting/design role focused on aerospace, defense, and government projects. The strongest candidates will have substantial CREO experience, GD&T expertise, custom equipment/enclosure design experience, and the ability to work in an ITAR-regulated environment.
