Dynamic Systems, Inc., a leading mechanical and process construction contractor, is seeking a Structural Engineer to support complex HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects for data centers, healthcare, industrial, and commercial facilities. In this role, you will design and analyze structural systems and supports, develop calculations and drawings, and ensure code compliance and constructability for large-scale design-build projects. You will collaborate closely with mechanical, piping, BIM, and field teams in a fast-paced, project-driven environment focused on technical excellence, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities
- Design and analyze structural systems for mechanical and process construction projects including data centers, healthcare, and industrial facilities
- Prepare calculations, drawings, and specifications for structural components supporting HVAC, plumbing, and process piping systems
- Coordinate closely with mechanical, plumbing, and piping teams to integrate structural solutions into overall project designs
- Perform site visits, field assessments, and structural inspections to verify conditions and support installation activities
- Support design-build efforts, value engineering, and constructability reviews to optimize cost, schedule, and performance
- Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and client requirements while maintaining safety and quality
- Collaborate with project managers, BIM/detailing staff, and field teams in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance throughout design, installation, and commissioning
