Dynamic Systems, Inc. is seeking an Associate Principal Engineer to lead mechanical engineering efforts on complex HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects for data centers, healthcare, industrial, and commercial facilities. In this role, you will guide system design, review calculations and drawings, and support design-build delivery from concept through installation and commissioning. You will collaborate closely with project managers, field teams, and clients to ensure technical excellence, safety, and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities
- Lead design and engineering of complex HVAC, plumbing, and process piping systems for data centers, healthcare, and industrial projects
- Oversee project engineering execution from concept through installation, commissioning, and turnover
- Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
- Review and approve technical drawings, calculations, and submittals for compliance with codes and standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers
- Support design-build and value-engineering efforts to optimize system performance and cost
- Interface with clients, consultants, and vendors to resolve technical issues and maintain strong relationships
- Ensure adherence to company safety, quality, and documentation standards on all assigned projects
