Pay Rate: $75.00 - $90.00/hr (Based on Experience)

Job Duties:

• Design, develop, and support custom electrical engineering solutions
• Gather requirements and create technical specifications, statements of work, and bills of materials
• Lead hardware system design, testing, prototyping, and deployment activities
• Manage engineering project milestones and technical deliverables
• Collaborate with engineering teams, manufacturers, suppliers, and customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the product lifecycle
• Support domestic and international projects with occasional travel (up to 25%)

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering Technology, or related field

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of hardware systems design, test engineering, or related electrical engineering experience
• Experience with automated test systems and measurement technologies
• Knowledge of LabVIEW, Test Stand, C/C++, or C#
• Ability to work on ITAR-regulated projects ()

Physical Capabilities:

• Ability to work in laboratory, office, and manufacturing environments
• Occasional domestic and international travel required
