In this role, you’ll take ownership of diagnosing and resolving electrical challenges within complex motion platforms, designing and implementing high-reliability solutions at both the circuit and system level. You’ll work hands-on across hardware, firmware, and cross-functional teams to prototype, validate, and deliver production-ready systems used in real-world customer deployments.

The Role:

- Design and prototype circuit solutions for motors, sensors, and power

- Diagnose and validate performance using lab instrumentation

- Troubleshoot electrical issues in complex motion systems (stepper/servo)

- Interface with embedded systems for integration and validation

- Create schematics, select components, and support fast-turn hardware builds

The Person:

- Experience with motion control (stepper/servo/BLDC), including EMI, thermal design, and driver integration.

- Comfortable with embedded control systems and low-level firmware interfacing.

- Skilled in circuit analysis, schematics, and power design

- Proficient with test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, power meters)
