Join a nationally recognized ENR Top Design Firm. This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow the water/wastewater practice in Texas, managing MUD and large residential projects, mentoring engineers, and driving innovative solutions in lift stations, pump stations, and small plant work.
The job:- Lead the water/wastewater engineering team, helping grow the practice in Dallas and across Texas.
- Manage MUD and large residential projects from design through delivery, with focus on lift stations, pump stations, and treatment plant work.
- Lead and train a team of 3-7 junior engineers, whilst hiring and onboarding new employees.
- Serve as a technical expert, reviewing work for accuracy and guiding professional development of junior staff.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to advance service initiatives and position the firm as a market leader.
- Approximate salary range of $170,000 - $210,000, plus $15,000 bonus.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE)
- 7+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering.

Projects: The focus would be mostly on Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) and large residential developments.
