Based in Austin, you will inspect our lines, respond to outages and perform scheduled patrols across our Central region! • Inspect transmission lines and rights-of-way (ROW) to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Respond promptly to outages, resolving cause and implementing solutions to restore service.
• Carry out routine minor upkeep on transmission line electrical equipment and ROW facilities.
• Strictly adhere to maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure magnificent operation of transmission systems.
• Collaborate with team members to successfully complete maintenance strategies and improvements.

• Three or more years of experience in the maintenance, operation or construction of transmission line equipment and facilities or relevant experience.
• Driver's license

• Validated history of outstanding achievement in transmission line maintenance.
• Certifications in electrical systems or maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills to challenge and solve sophisticated issues efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team.
