Responsibilities

Simulate mechanical and multi-physics processes in semiconductor 3D integration technologies by utilizing commercial and custom finite element software packages

Design and optimize mechanical elements using modeling results

Create advanced models to analyze simulation and experiment results

Qualifications

Required:

PhD candidate in mechanical engineering, materials science or relevant field at the start of the position

Experienced using finite element software, e.g. Abaqus, Ansys, COMSOL, etc.

Experienced in machine learning algorithms and programming software (e.g. Python, MATLAB)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be fluent in English Preferred:

Hands-on experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes

Familiarity with applied statistical theories

Strong knowledge in advanced mathematics
