RoleFliff is seeking a Promotions Director to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all customer‑facing promotional offers. The role will design and deploy promotions that drive acquisition, retention, and monetization while maintaining strong unit economics and regulatory compliance. This is a highly analytical role for a promotions expert who has operated inside leading real‑money or social gaming platforms and understands how to deliver the right offer, to the right customer, at the right time—at scale.

- Sit at the intersection of marketing, product, analytics, and compliance.
- The Promotions Director will be the single owner of Fliff’s promotional ecosystem.
- Promotions Strategy & Ownership
- Own the end‑to‑end promotions strategy across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition offers, retention and reactivation promotions, loyalty and VIP programs, seasonal and event‑based offers, and enterprise‑wide promotional initiatives.
- Design promotional mechanics such as bonuses, credits, multipliers, free‑to‑play incentives, and custom offers.
- Define offer guardrails to balance growth, engagement, and profitability.
- Customer Targeting & Personalization
- Partner with Analytics and CRM teams to segment customers based on behavior, value, and lifecycle stage.
- Deliver personalized, behavior‑driven offers and suppress offers to unprofitable or incentive‑abusing cohorts.
- Continuously refine targeting logic to improve efficiency and ROI.
- Run surveys post‑campaign to evaluate user interest and quality.
- Offer Economics & Performance
- Own promotional cost modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Evaluate offer ROI, LTV impact, breakage, and abuse risk.
- Establish clear KPIs and success metrics for all promotions.
- Make data‑driven recommendations on scaling, adjusting, or sun setting offers.
- Execution & Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Work closely with CRM / Lifecycle Marketing on deployment (email, push, SMS, in‑app).
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on promotion tooling and capabilities.
- Ensure all offers meet Legal and Compliance regulatory standards.
- Align promotional spend with Finance budget and forecasts.
- Ensure flawless execution across platforms and channels.
- Testing & Optimization
- Design and run structured A/B and multivariate tests on offer types, value levels, eligibility rules, timing and frequency.
- Build a culture of disciplined experimentation and learning around promotions.

- Audit existing promotions, tools, and performance internally and conduct external competitor analysis.
- Establish clear ownership, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
