As an Entry Level Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our event management team to create memorable experiences for our clients and their guests

• Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to execution
• Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements
• Research and contact vendors for event services such as catering, venues, and entertainment
• Maintain event budgets and work within financial constraints
• Create event timelines and manage scheduling to ensure all tasks are completed on time
• Help set up and break down event spaces before and after each event.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
