What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and personable Front Desk Coordinator with the following qualifications:

• Must be 18+
• Tech-savvy and comfortable multitasking.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience (minimum 1 year).
• Familiarity with barbershop/salon environments preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, upbeat atmosphere for staff and clients.
• Partner with the Head Barber to uphold service standards and efficiency.
• Greet clients, provide beverages, and finalize appointments at checkout.
• Answer calls, emails, and texts; schedule or reschedule appointments.
• Ensure shop cleanliness and merchandising standards are met.
• Assist with inventory tracking and communicate restocking needs.
• Bonus and commission opportunities.
• Referral program.
