• Work with the team leads to produce realistic schedules and milestone plans that are focused on the delivery of high‑quality features and assets.
• Define and manage feature sprints in coordination with discipline leads.
• Remove roadblocks and successfully drive features to completion.
• Communicate with senior management on development status and project risks.
• Collaborate with leads to determine best practices, development pipelines and resource allocation.
• Manage direct reports.

• At least 5 years of game production experience, preferably online.
• Ability to prioritize product initiatives by balancing business and qualitative needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative problem‑solving approach.
• Experience managing and mentoring direct reports.
• Ability to create project schedules and milestones, monitor progress against those schedules.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
• Experience with modern project management software.
• Familiarity with Bethesda Game Studios’ games.

• Previous experience working with distributed development teams.

Senior Content Producer – Base pay range $95,000 – $215,000. The applicable range depends on the candidate’s primary work location and other factors such as role complexity, duties, and experience. Base pay is reviewed annually.
