Job Description:

At Main Event, Bowl Attendants set the stage for our guests by providing a warm welcome and serving as their information source for all activities and specials. You are high energy, helpful, and knowledgeable so you can guide guests through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is fun and memorable. You are dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation and proficient in using the systems to perform your job.

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with all guests, acting as an ambassador of fun.
• Promote and recommend activities based on a guest’s needs and activity availability.
• Troubleshoot and handle lane malfunction calls.
• Issue and clean bowling shoes; maintain shoe organization.
• Escort guests to their lane and assist with lane setup and ball selection.
• Ensure guests adhere to bowling safety standards.
• Process payment transactions and greet guests returning to the venue.
• Maintain a clean and organized bowl desk and/or lanes; complete side duties as needed.

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is essential.
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business.
• Effective communication with management, team members, and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.
