Spa Receptionist

Victory Medspa is seeking a full‑time receptionist for our boutique style Medspa in South Austin to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. This role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer service and efficient management of front desk activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment.

• Welcome and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Check clients in and out for their appointments
• Provide basic information about spa services and products offered
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Assist with local marketing events as needed
• Act as liaison between aesthetic specialists and treatment providers
• Collection and handling payments
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed/assigned

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1‑2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a spa or high‑end retail environment
• Ability to multi‑task, exercise sound personal judgment, and utilize strong decision making, analytical, and follow‑up skills
• Compelling interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), strong ability to influence and build rapport
• Rapid learning skills with the ability to grasp concepts and protocols
