Our User Interface (UI) Engineering team leads the design and evaluation of technologies that make our innovative, game-changing products as easy to use as possible. We apply a user-centered, iterative design process to deliver usable interface designs across hardware and software products. We collect and make good use of a broad range of data and employ human factors engineering principles to identify and resolve usability problems and gain insights that influence product design and development.

As an Experience Strategy Lead

, you will define and drive end-to-end experience strategy across our gaming portfolio. You ll build a clear, data-informed view of our players and gaming community, connecting player needs, business priorities, and technical realities into direction the whole organization can rally behind. This is a senior, deeply collaborative role where you will partner across product, design, engineering, and marketing to shape what we build, in what order, and why.
