The LAUNCH Events Coordinator owns event production across all of our programs, in-person and online, an estimated 14-16 events a year. Travel might be required.

This is a hands-on apprenticeship in event production. You'll be trained directly, and within your first weeks, you'll already be running pieces of real LAUNCH events.

Expect high stakes, tight timelines, and zero tolerance for dropped details. This role is designed for someone who wants to learn event production at a high-output venture firm.

Support and eventually own event production for all programs at LAUNCH, from budgeting and planning to on-site management and logistics to wrap-up and deliverables.

Help develop and apply LAUNCH's event playbook, working directly with the people who built it.

You're:

Type A, incredibly detail-oriented, and incredibly hardworking.

Highly organized and self-directed.

Comfortable being thrown into high-stakes situations and learning on the fly.

Excellent at written and verbal communication, especially under pressure.

Passionate about startups and technology.

Demonstration of exceptional organizational skills and systems.

Previous experience running startup and technology events is a plus.
