Experienced Onsite Professional needed in Austin, TX on 11​/4 & 11​/5

Onsite Professional Opportunity

The client requests a background check if you accept this engagement. You may be setting up and tearing down a step and repeat. You could be unloading materials and on your feet for a good amount of time. The client requires that you can move with ease. You must be able to bend, lift and be on your feet. Heavy lifting is not required.

Client has provided the following Event Details:

• Date and Time:
  • 11/4, Wednesday – 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
  • 11/5, Thursday – 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
• Venue:
  • Shalom Austin
    7300 Hart Lane
    Austin, TX 78731

Basic Guidelines as Required by the Client:

Attire

• Men:
  Polos or dress shirts with black pants.
• Women:
  Black pants are preferred. If wearing a skirt, it must be at least knee-length. If opting for a sleeveless blouse, please bring a sweater or blazer.
• Footwear:
  Acceptable options include dress shoes, loafers, flats, or similar styles appropriate for business attire and comfortable for the job.
• Not Permitted:
  Tank tops, cutoffs, and jeans are not allowed.
• Tattoos:
  Any tattoos that could be considered controversial, offensive, or inappropriate should not be visible.
• Piercings:
  Small, discreet piercings like nose studs or small earrings are acceptable. Multiple or large facial piercings (e.g., eyebrow, lip, tongue) are not permitted.

Pre-Event Expectations

• Client requests that you confirm receipt of correspondence.
• Client may require you to participate in a pre-event conference call. You will be paid for this time.

On-Site Expectations

• Client requests that you assist with event set up, breakdown and registration. Specific duties will be relayed by the client.

Post-Event Expectations

• Client requests that you email them immediately following the program to provide them with general feedback.
