Victory Medical is seeking a reliable, organized, highly motivated, customer-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be eligible for discounts on medical and aesthetic services from our medical facility and on medications and supplements from the pharmacy. The starting pay for this position is $17-$18/hour and increases based on experience and/or bilingual communication.

• Greet customers and answer their questions about medications and health-related products
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
• Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate staff member
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
• Follow all pharmacy policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role
• Knowledge of basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
