Austin Film Festival seeks a Venue Logistics Coordinator to organize all logistical needs for signage and rentals across festival locations. You will lead a 10–15 person volunteer team to set up and break down equipment during festival and conference weeks.
You will manage move-in/out, AV coordination, and vendor relations, ensuring timely panel and event readiness while adhering to the pre-determined budget. Previous AFF attendance is a plus.
