• Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown activities.
• Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Support event logistics and daily event activities.
• Help guide attendees and create a positive event experience.
• Provide excellent customer service during events.
• Assist with promotional and customer engagement activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming event spaces.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
