Onsite Professional Opportunity

This is a Manager level assignment. The client is looking for someone that has experience managing breakout sessions and working closely with speakers and AV teams.

Client has provided the following Event Details:

Basic Guidelines as Required by the Client:

Attire

• Client requests that you wear professional business attire.

Pre-Event Expectations

• Client requests that you confirm receipt of correspondence.
• Client requests that you participate in a pre-event conference call, date and time to be determined. You will be paid for this time.

On-Site Expectations

• Check that AV equipment is set up and functioning with the audio tech in the room. Troubleshoot issues with slides, microphones, or other AV equipment in real-time with the AV tech.
• Manage presentations and holding slides on the laptop at the podium.
• Ensure sessions start/end on time; discreetly cue speakers if they’re overrunning with 10 minute/5 minute signs.
• Coordinate transitions between speakers and sessions smoothly.
• Manage live polling and Q&A via PSN platform similar to Slido.
• Coordinate panel or fireside chat meet‑ups 15 minutes prior to the session.
• Breaks for the room also serve as break times for the Speaker Manager, with the understanding they return 10 minutes before the break ends to ensure speakers are ready for the next session.

Post-Event Expectations

• Client may request that you deliver meeting materials to contracted shipping vendor within 24 hours of the meeting’s conclusion. If this is required, you will be paid for this time.
• Client requests that you call or email Client immediately following the program to provide them with general feedback.
