SNI has been retained by a growing manufacturing company to find a CFO:

- At least 12 years of progressive finance experience including Director level leadership roles
- Experience with debt covenants
- Cash forecasting experience
- ERP system experience
- CPA (active or inactive) strongly preferred
- Previous Controller experience required
The CFO will oversee financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting in a fast paced environment. The position will be heavily involved with the operations and sales teams. Leadership/supervisory experience and excellent communication skills are an absolute must. Some travel will be required.
