Patten Title Company is a well-established title company with offices in Austin and Houston. We are currently looking for an Escrow Assistant with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of title company experience.

• Assist the Escrow Closing team to ensure successful transactions.
• Collaborate with the title department to resolve title issues.
• Coordinate with buyers, lenders, sellers, and/or brokers to collect necessary items and information for processing files and curing title issues for a successful closing.
• Ensure all payoffs, taxes, and HOA fees are ordered, updated, and collected.
• Address inquiries from clients, sellers, buyers, agents, and Asset Management Companies professionally and promptly.
• Confirm closing dates, location, and documentation needed with borrowers.
• Attend and participate in weekly team meetings.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• 1-3 years of title company experience
• Strong knowledge of resale, refinance, and investor business
• Full-time physical attendance is essential
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
