Job Description

The Senior
Business Initiative Consultant is responsible for the Leadership of cross-functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives. This position works closely with senior leaders in overall strategy, change management, and operational efficiency processes to achieve line of business goals. Examples might include but are not limited to finance/operational/executive management review coordination, process improvement, and redesign change management initiatives.

Provides management in the integration/implementation/of programs/services/initiatives with cross-functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary. Works with functional management to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with BOKF/Line of Business strategy/policies and business line objectives. Develop metrics and tracks/evaluate the performance of programs, services, and initiatives. Ensure plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.

This position is a utility role within BOK Financial and the duties and responsibilities may vary based upon the incumbent’s department.

  • You will develop and manage strategic projects to enhance business performance from inception to implementation.
  • You will partner with peers to prioritize projects and allocate resources for maximum business impact.
  • You will identify opportunities for improved business processes and design solutions to reduce inefficiencies and risks.
  • You will lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs, services, and initiatives.
  • You will integrate and implement programs with cross-functional partners, adjusting for competing priorities and strategies.
  • You will review current processes to improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and track performance metrics.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in business finance/ management/accounting or related field of study and 8-10 years of directly related experience of Finance/Management/ Project Management and Implementation or Strategic Planning and/or 12+ years of experience in or equivalent combination of education and experience.
