Visa has established a broader Finance Velocity Office (FVO) to build a foundation that supports the growth and complexity of our business and improves the day-to-day interactions of our Finance teams. The Finance Systems Strategy (FSS) team is responsible for managing Finance technology and tools and is currently working with the Finance Leadership team to design the future architecture and drive the Finance Technology modernization roadmap.

The FSS team collaborates with key stakeholders across Finance, IT and the broader business to understand needs, identify improvement opportunities, and develop and execute on the roadmap to accelerate our path to building a world-class finance function.

• Translating finance vision for the future into a world-class technology end-state architecture, with applications such as Ariba, Concur and Fieldglass
• Support development and execution of major initiatives in Sourcing and Procurement; ERP experience is a plus
• Develop compelling business cases and use cases to support speedy decisioning by Finance Leadership
• Design/facilitate sessions for alignment of end-state and roadmap; work with third-party vendors and consulting companies for assessments
• Analyze current state and business needs using industry best practices to deliver recommendations
• Manage execution of portfolio of roadmap work streams — project plans, analysis, deliverables, trackers, and other key artifacts
• Collaborate with Technology partners on day-to-day execution of roadmap initiatives and ongoing BAU (Fixes, Enhancements)
• Demonstrate strategic and forward-looking thinking with a holistic view of issues
• Experience overseeing large, complex, global transformations with a bias for action
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment, using subject matter expertise and facts to influence

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Basic Qualifications

10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8–10 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is  to  USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments. Salary may vary based on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
