The Advisor Licensing Program provides aspiring Financial Advisors with foundational skills necessary for a successful career in wealth management, including client relationship management, comprehensive financial planning, investment solutions, product implementation, financial markets, and consultative selling. The six‑month program offers comprehensive training on LPL’s systems and procedures, tutoring and support to obtain necessary FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66), and coaching from our leadership team.
After completing licensure and necessary milestones, participants graduate with an opportunity to support our growing book of clients as an Associate Financial Advisor. The Advisor of the Wealth Advisor Group is a corporate employee group that provides investment solutions to mass‑affluent investors virtually and over the phone, helping grow our book of 120,000 clients.
- Pass SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 within the first 120 days of employment.
- Complete hands‑on training covering investment solutions, comprehensive financial planning concepts, systems and operational functions, client service, and consultative sales skills; achieve all program milestones.
- Provide exceptional client service via inbound calls, transaction processing, report preparation, email response, and proactive outreach.
- Help maintain compliance and client experience for a book of 120,000+ accounts through regular check‑ins and outreach.
- Develop, implement, and review financial plans, including education, tax, estate, insurance, and investment allocation.
- Utilize appropriate investment vehicles, demonstrating deep knowledge of account types, products, and markets.
- Meet asset investment, wallet‑share consolidation, and relationship‑deepening goals through consultative sales techniques.
- Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to ensure smooth client experience and integration.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations; perform risk assessment and mitigation to prevent fraud.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- SIE completion before start date is preferred.
- High integrity, detail orientation, and risk evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication, listening, and business writing abilities.
- Passion for financial services and client service.
- Organized time management and ability to pass multiple FINRA examinations.
- Telephone service/client relationship management experience.
- Prior financial tele‑sales, trading, or call‑center experience.
- Previous experience as a financial advisor or in delivering advice to retail clients.
- Basic understanding of financial planning concepts, investment markets, and account types.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑starter, adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web‑based applications.
- Strong PC and data‑input skills for a call‑center environment.
$23.42 – $39.03 /hour. Base salary varies by skill, experience, education, performance, and geography. LPL Total Rewards is highly competitive, including 401(k) matching, health benefits, employee stock options, paid time off, volunteer time off, and more.
