- Oversee the review and decision-making process for underwriting information related to new sales opportunities
- Evaluate and implement requests for modifications to existing client stable value contracts
- Lead projects related to product changes and new offerings, including pricing and risk assessment
- Analyze stable value investment portfolios and build pricing and risk analysis models
- Present complex analyses and concepts to executive management and influence ongoing business strategy
- 8+ years of related experience in the financial services industry
- 1+ years of stable value experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage and deliver on multiple concurrent projects effectively
- Certified ASA, FSA, or CFA with experience in ALM, investment portfolio development, and investment risk analytics
- 4+ years of stable value experience
- Experience with synthetic GIC products, contracts, and risk
- Familiarity with stable value or Insurance Company General Account products
- Demonstrated leadership and ownership of key projects
