RBIT Financial is seeking a Manager of Treasury & Digital Asset Operations to oversee the management, reporting, and strategic allocation of the company’s internal Bitcoin reserve and broader treasury portfolio. This role will be responsible for implementing institutional-grade controls, risk management frameworks, custody oversight, performance reporting, and capital deployment processes as RBIT scales.
The ideal candidate brings experience in treasury management, digital asset operations, or institutional asset management and is comfortable operating in a high-visibility role with executive-level interaction.
This individual will work directly with the Founder, finance leadership, external custodians, and compliance advisors to ensure disciplined, secure, and transparent management of company reserves.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day management of RBIT’s internal Bitcoin and digital asset reserves
- Develop and maintain treasury allocation policies and risk management protocols
- Monitor portfolio performance, liquidity, volatility exposure, and capital efficiency
- Build financial models for scenario analysis and capital planning
- Coordinate with custodians, exchanges, auditors, and external service providers
- Establish internal controls around wallet security, custody, and reporting
- Prepare recurring executive-level treasury performance reports
- Support fundraising efforts with treasury-related materials and disclosures
- Ensure accounting alignment and documentation for financial reporting
- 5–8+ years of experience in treasury management, asset management, hedge funds, digital asset funds, or institutional finance
- Strong understanding of Bitcoin markets and digital asset custody infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and quantitative analysis
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High integrity and ability to manage sensitive financial information
- Experience with institutional custody providers
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent credentials
- Background in private equity, venture capital, or fund operations
- $105,000 annual base salary
- Performance-based bonus potential
