Austin, TX Accounting Analyst Role for Real Estate Investment Trust
Highlights:
- Fast growing REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) looking to add a 2-4 year accountant to their team

- Own the month-end close and financial reporting for investment funds and the asset management/RIA entity
- Review and approve reconciliations and reporting prepared by the accounting team and interns
- Prepare and submit required regulatory filings in partnership with Legal & Compliance
- Work with the fund administrator and review accounting related to fund activity
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or actively pursuing
- 2+ years of experience in public accounting, private equity, hedge funds, asset management, or similar
- Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
