Role Description- Managing Monthly and periodical reporting including variance and analysis reports.
- Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the company’s annual and long term budget and business plans.
- Work with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, understand drivers of variances, and provide insightful commentary & analysis for both current period and future periods.
- Use solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models and analyses with little guidance and draw conclusions and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and may have global impact.
- Implementing tools and processes to streamline FP&A function including integrating various existing systems and data points to create an integrated reports and analysis.
- Build and Train FP&A team as company grows.
- Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance.
- Perform ad-hoc business analyses, and financial modelling. Present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions, and planned future initiatives.
- Support initiatives targeted at financial processes improvement and the implementation of changes to achieve efficiencies and the company’s objectives in the areas of project billing, contract compliance and reporting, departmental and project accounting, financial reporting and analysis.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant FP&A experience in Software industry
- Good understanding of SAAS metrics and hands on experience on tracking and reporting.
- Hands on experience in using tools such as Power BI and Advanced Excel
- Strong quantitative abilities
- Able to solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
- High level of commercial acumen
- Advanced computer software skills, including writing macros in Excel and other accounting packages
- Professional qualification such as CA or CPA or CFA or MBA
