Experience with a multinational retail and/or hardware company; experience in driving innovative changes/efficiencies in operational processes; experience working with a continuously evolving system platform environment; experience with data analysis. Degrees/
Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Support on manage end-to-end Reality Labs AR/VR process for Revenue Operations (credit, collections, claims management, etc.) with a minimal guidance - Responsible for AR and Claims month end reconciliation
- Measure and report on key Reality Labs AR/VR metrics
- Understand and abide by relevant policies and procedures
- Collaborate with all cross-functional Technologies teams (Channel Marketing, Sales Operations, Engineering, etc.) to unblock tasks allowing BPO to process customers’ claims while building strong, collaborative working relationships
- Cooperate with process improvements and automation in the area of claims processing and deduction management
- Monitor Dashboards, SLA metrics and Quality Assurance results
