A fast‑growing U.S.

-based manufacturing and technology company is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Vice President of Finance to lead financial operations, guide long‑term strategy, and serve as a critical partner to executive leadership. This role is ideal for an experienced finance leader who thrives in dynamic, industrial, and scaling environments.

What You’ll Lead & Drive

  • Own the annual budget, forecasting, and long‑range financial modeling.
  • Deliver monthly financial reporting packages, including BvA, variance analysis, cap table updates, and cash flow metrics.
  • Translate financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the executive team.
  • Collaborate closely with accounting to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting.

Corporate Strategy & Business Development

  • Support pricing, capital allocation, and investment decisions with rigorous analysis.
  • Evaluate and help facilitate strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and potential M&A opportunities.
  • Engage with investment banks, private equity firms, and other strategic financial stakeholders.

Treasury & Capital Management

  • Optimize cash management, liquidity strategy, and working capital.
  • Oversee debt administration, compliance reporting, and banking relationships to support a scalable capital structure.

Investor Relations

  • Lead the creation and delivery of all board and investor communications.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to provide data‑driven, timely responses to investor inquiries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with equity and debt partners to support future capital raises.

What We’re Looking For

A strategic yet operational finance leader who can operate effectively at both the high‑level and in the details. You bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, ideally in high‑growth, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax frameworks.
  • Experience establishing KPIs, scaling processes, and driving cross‑functional accountability.
  • Ability to build, mentor, and elevate a high‑performing finance team.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a high degree of ownership.
  • Proficiency with financial systems and ERP platforms.
  • Background in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or management consulting preferred.
  • Interest in advanced manufacturing, commodities, or global supply chains—experience in materials, metals, or related sectors is a plus.
