Global Revenue Operations – Reality Labs Overview
This role supports Client's Reality Labs Revenue Operations team, focusing on accounts receivable, credit & collections, and dispute/claims (deduction) management. The candidate will manage end-to-end AR processes, handle month-end reconciliations, monitor SLAs and dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales Ops and Engineering.
Key Requirements- 5+ years in Financial Operations (AR, collections, claims/deductions)
- Strong accounting and reporting knowledge
- Experience working with corporate customers
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
- Strong data analysis and process improvement mindset
