  • Support investor due diligence processes by coordinating data rooms, tracking diligence requests, and managing follow-up items
  • Assist in the preparation and customization of investor materials, including pitch decks, private placement memoranda, DDQs, RFP responses, and fund summaries
  • Maintain diligence trackers and investor pipelines to ensure accurate and timely responses during fundraising periods
  • Support capital raising efforts for new and existing funds alongside senior team members
  • Prepare materials, briefing documents, and background information for investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows
  • Support planning and execution of annual meetings and investor events, including agenda development, materials preparation, and post-event follow-up
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of quarterly reports, investor letters, and other periodic communications
  • Proactively manage investor calendar and anticipate needs of senior team members and investors
  • Help respond to routine investor requests and information needs, escalating more complex items as appropriate
  • Oversee the work of two Analysts – delegate assignments, supervise team members in their daily tasks, and provide mentorship to enable Analysts to grow

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, infrastructure investing, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively across the firms different offices and help keep the Capital Formation team aligned on priorities
  • Must be able to interpret investor requests and translate those into tangible requests to the appropriate team
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Interest in real assets investing and long-term growth in capital formation or investor relations
