This role is responsible for establishing standards, monitoring risk trends, improving workflows, and ensuring the servicing function operates efficiently and professionally as the company continues to grow.
What You’ll Own & DriveYou’ll oversee a range of customer servicing and collections functions, including:
- Serving as the primary owner of customer service and collections operations
- Acting as an escalation point for complex customer account issues
- Proactively managing delinquent accounts and driving structured resolution strategies
- Monitoring payment activity, aging reports, and overall portfolio performance
- Reviewing and approving account resolutions, payment plans, or settlements as appropriate
- Ensuring accurate documentation, insurance compliance, and lease requirement tracking
- Establishing and maintaining strong workflow and CRM documentation standards
- Identifying delinquency trends or recurring servicing issues and implementing process improvements
- Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Credit, and Finance to support seamless account management and reporting

What Success Looks Like Within 90 days:- Gain a full understanding of LeasePoint’s servicing processes and portfolio performance trends
- Evaluate current workflows and implement improvements where needed
- Establish clear servicing standards and documentation practices
- Confidently manage escalated and higher-risk accounts
- Demonstrate measurable improvement in delinquency trends and resolution timelines
- Strengthen portfolio reporting visibility for leadership
- Implement process enhancements that improve efficiency and customer experience
- Position the servicing function for scalable growth as the company expands
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - 5+ years of experience in customer service, collections, or account servicing
- Experience owning processes, driving accountability or leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally and respectfully
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Ideal candidate has experience in financial services, lending or leasing
