This role involves advising clients on investment funds and asset management structures, supporting the formation of investment vehicles, and conducting complex tax analyses. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of transactional tax experience, preferably from a top-tier law firm, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

The expected salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $365,000.
