Tax Manager

Providence Staffing client is seeking an experienced Tax Manager in Austin to join a high-growth public accounting firm recognized by Inside Public Accounting as one of the “200 Fastest Growing Firms.” This is an outstanding opportunity for a tax professional looking to advance their career with a respected and expanding organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting tax services, leadership experience as a Tax Manager, and deep expertise advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses.

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant tax experience in a public accounting firm environment (Big 4, national, regional, or large local firm preferred).
• Prior experience serving in a Tax Manager capacity.
• Strong experience in the following areas:
• High-net-worth individuals and families
• Personal income tax compliance and consulting
• Estate, gift, and trust tax matters
• Estate tax planning
  
  Family-limited partnerships and investment partnerships
• Experience addressing U.S. tax matters for companies doing business internationally
  .
• Active CPA certification required.

• Advanced degree in Taxation or related field preferred.

• Excellent tax research and analytical skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proven technology proficiency and project management capabilities.
• Strong presentation and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple client engagements effectively.
