Internal Wholesaler (Regional Associate)

Location: Austin, TX / Hybrid / Full-time

Comp: Base $65K - $80K + bonus/commission (Target: ~$135K - $150K, dependent on individual performance and overall business growth)

Xtollo Investment Partners is expanding its distribution efforts and hiring an Internal Wholesaler (Regional Associate) to support continued advisor engagement—reflecting both increased demand and recent internal promotions within the team.

We work alongside Kensington Asset Management and The Leuthold Group to deliver investment strategies to financial advisors and their clients.

This is a high-activity, metrics-driven role focused on building pipeline, supporting advisor conversations, and contributing to asset growth.

What you'll do:
  • Engage RIAs and financial advisors through consistent outreach
  • Generate meetings and maintain an active pipeline
  • Communicate strategies clearly and professionally
  • Support advisor conversations with relevant insights
  • Partner with External Wholesaler (Regional Director) to execute territory priorities
  • Maintain strong follow-through across all interactions
  • Comfortable in a high-activity, performance-driven environment
  • Proactive with outreach and disciplined in follow-through
  • Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
  • Interested in asset management and advisor-facing roles
What you’ll bring:
  • 3–5 years in financial sales (ETFs, mutual funds, SMAs preferred)
  • Active SIE, Series 7, Series 63
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
