Actuary
Data is everywhere. Insights and impact are not. Spend your summer learning the skills to grow as a modern actuary and leader.
The Cigna Group’s Actuarial Executive Development Program (AEDP) offers a premier 11‑week internship that prepares future actuaries to apply data with sound judgment, connect analysis directly to real business decisions, and operate in an evolving environment shaped by advanced analytics and AI‑enabled tools. As an intern, you’ll solve complex business problems with real constraints and imperfect information, take ownership of a high‑impact project from problem definition through recommendation, and gain exposure to people that drive healthcare forward.
Our internship is a key pipeline into full‑time roles in the AEDP — our primary pathway for developing top actuarial talent. You’ll receive support and mentorship from experienced actuaries and leaders while sharpening your technical foundation and building the communication, business insight, and leadership skills needed to influence outcomes.
