As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our finance team with a detail-oriented accountant who enjoys building clean systems, improving processes and supporting a high-performing team.

We are looking for an Accountant to join our finance team and play a hands-on role in the financial operations that keep Gig Safe running. This role will help ensure accurate financial records, timely closes and smooth invoicing and payment workflows.

• Manage accounting records in Quick Books
• Prepare daily journal entries
• Support monthly close processes
• Reconcile bank accounts and financial records
• Manage invoicing and accounts receivable tracking
• Assist with financial reporting
• Help improve accounting workflows and internal processes

• 3-6 years of accounting experience
• Strong Quick Books proficiency
• Experience supporting monthly close
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills

• Experience working in startup, fintech or SaaS environments
• CPA or CPA-track

• Austin-based or willing to relocate
